Senior Training is on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30pm until 8:00pm. All abilities welcome and initial training is free to attend. Please bring your own training clothes, boots, trainers and water bottles. Gum shields may also be used during these sessions. Sessions are outdoors under floodlight in the winter months and take place at our home ground 'Hollybush', please find the address on the "About Us" section. We hope to see you joining us soon.
