We will be holding the Annual General Meeting of Minchinhampton Rugby Football Club Ltd on 17th September at Hollybush at 12PM.

The AGM is an important annual meeting and does require a minimum number of members to attend in order that business can be properly conducted, and motions approved! It is also an opportunity for the Exec to update club members on club performance, progress and plans for the future, to elect the executive team and for members to have an opportunity to ask questions and hold the exec to account.

Members are welcome to raise items of business for inclusion in agenda; if you would like to  raise any items of business for consideration please submit these by close of play by COP Saturday 16th September in writing (email) to Tristan Iles, Club Secretary: info@minchrugby.com
